1. The service
Delectus provides a platform where employers publish job posts and candidates publish profiles and apply. Delectus is not a party to any employment relationship and does not guarantee that any post leads to a hire or that any application leads to an interview.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to register. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account; a person may hold both a candidate and an employer role.
3. Employer obligations
- Job posts must describe genuine, currently available positions at the named company.
- Posts must not discriminate unlawfully, request payment from applicants, or collect personal information for any purpose other than the advertised role.
- Candidate information obtained through Delectus may be used only to evaluate that candidate for your vacancies.
- All posts are subject to moderation. Delectus may reject, edit, or remove posts and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Candidate obligations
- Profile and CV content must be truthful and your own.
- Do not apply to positions you are not genuinely interested in, and do not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing.
5. Content
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant Delectus a licence to store, display and process it for the purpose of running the service, including text extraction from CVs for matching.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent allowed by law, Delectus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
